Le Comit\u00e9 europ\u00e9en sur les produits et les soins pharmaceutiques (CD-P-PH) contribue \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation optimale des m\u00e9dicaments, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patientes et patients, de la sant\u00e9 publique et de l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des m\u00e9dicaments et soins de sant\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9. Le CD-P-PH a approuv\u00e9 le mandat d\u2019un groupe de travail auquel sera confi\u00e9e l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019un guide m\u00e9thodologique de s\u00e9lection des m\u00e9dicaments susceptibles de venir \u00e0 manquer en cas d\u2019urgence de sant\u00e9 publique et pouvant \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sous forme de pr\u00e9parations stock\u00e9es standardis\u00e9es. Ce projet fait partie int\u00e9grante d\u2019une initiative men\u00e9e conjointement avec la Commission europ\u00e9enne de Pharmacop\u00e9e (EPC) dans l\u2019objectif d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les p\u00e9nuries gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des pr\u00e9conisations relatives \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation des pr\u00e9parations pharmaceutiques sans licence pr\u00e9par\u00e9es en pharmacies (pour en savoir plus, voir \u00ab P\u00e9nuries de m\u00e9dicaments : les initiatives de l\u2019EDQM<\/em><\/span><\/a><\/span> \u00bb).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le projet d\u2019orientations sur la revue des m\u00e9dications a \u00e9t\u00e9 finalis\u00e9 \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re des commentaires re\u00e7us lors de la consultation des parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es men\u00e9e en 2022. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la conf\u00e9rence annuelle du Pharmaceutical Care Network Europe (PCNE) et sera publi\u00e9 en 2024.<\/p>

L\u2019\u00e9laboration de documents d\u2019orientation traitant de l\u2019utilisation correcte et sans danger des compl\u00e9ments alimentaires \u00e0 base de plantes et de la tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments en milieu hospitalier a progress\u00e9 tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Des consultations cibl\u00e9es seront organis\u00e9es en 2024, dans l\u2019objectif de recueillir l\u2019opinion des parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es et leurs suggestions afin de finaliser les documents en question de la mani\u00e8re la plus pertinente qui soit.<\/p>

Le projet de recommandation sur les bonnes pratiques en mati\u00e8re de distribution de m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 distance et en ligne a \u00e9galement bien avanc\u00e9. Le dernier stade de v\u00e9rification du projet \u2013 avant soumission au CD-P-PH pour adoption \u2013 a d\u00e9but\u00e9.<\/p>

Le CD-P-PH\/PHO a publi\u00e9 45 recommandations sur la classification des m\u00e9dicaments et leurs conditions de d\u00e9livrance (avec ou sans prescription). Visant \u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des personnes prises en charge et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments, ces travaux s\u2019av\u00e8rent int\u00e9ressants pour les Autorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 et pour l\u2019ensemble des acteurs de la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement des m\u00e9dicaments en Europe.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

En 2023, des \u00e9changes ont eu lieu avec des organisations internationales, notamment l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration et de d\u00e9veloppement \u00e9conomiques (OCDE), ainsi qu\u2019avec des organisations professionnelles actives dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 publique et dans le secteur pharmaceutique, comme la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration internationale pharmaceutique (FIP), la European Society of Clinical Pharmacy (ESCP) et l\u2019Association Europ\u00e9enne des Pharmaciens d\u2019H\u00f4pitaux (EAHP), dans l\u2019objectif d\u2019harmoniser les efforts visant \u00e0 promouvoir les soins centr\u00e9s sur la personne malade et le bon usage des m\u00e9dicaments en Europe.<\/p>

Un webinaire traitant de la R\u00e9solution CM\/Res(2020)3 sur la mise en \u0153uvre du suivi pharmaceutique au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des patients et des services de sant\u00e9<\/span><\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 le 26 janvier 2023, dans le but d\u2019expliquer le contenu et la valeur ajout\u00e9e du texte, de pr\u00e9senter des exemples de mise en application des activit\u00e9s de suivi pharmaceutique dans la pratique quotidienne et de donner un aper\u00e7u de la mise en \u0153uvre du suivi pharmaceutique dans certains \u00c9tats membres du Conseil de l\u2019Europe.<\/p>

Un rapport pr\u00e9sentant les conclusions d\u2019une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e en coop\u00e9ration avec le R\u00e9seau-sant\u00e9 de l\u2019Europe du Sud-Est (SEEHN), intitul\u00e9 \u00ab The implementation of pharmaceutical care in daily practice in SEEHN member states. Survey report \u00bb<\/a><\/u>\u201d, a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 (en anglais uniquement). Il est t\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable sur FreePub. Cette initiative visait principalement \u00e0 cartographier la mise en \u0153uvre du suivi pharmaceutique et des services connexes dans la pratique quotidienne, dans les \u00c9tats membres du SEEHN \u00e9galement membres du Conseil de l\u2019Europe et signataires de la Convention relative \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une Pharmacop\u00e9e europ\u00e9enne. Ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la conf\u00e9rence annuelle du PCNE et du symposium annuel de l\u2019ESCP.<\/p>

Implementation of pharmaceutical care was also encouraged through an article co-authored by the EDQM and published to give recommendations for wider adoption of clinical pharmacy in 13 countries of Central and Eastern Europe (Urba\u0144czyk et al. 2023)<\/span><\/a>.
